Please convey my thanks to all the folks at City Collision who contributed to doing such a wonderful job in the repair of our Nissan Titan. After having driven my truck for the last few weeks, it is apparent in everything I’ve seen so far, your folks went above and beyond in every aspect of the repair.

Please give my thanks to the technicians who brought all the damaged areas back to new condition. They took time out to explain the repairs and make us feel welcome. They took the time to repair paint chips and flaws unrelated to the accident, gave the truck a show car quality paint job and the detailing of the made it look like new again, inside and out.

Likewise, please accept our thanks to you and Beverley who were equally as impressive and responsive to our needs. Amid all the stress in the aftermath of the accident, your eagerness to address our concerns and your down-to-earth hospitality made us feel more like family rather than two parties doing business.

In closing, I hope we never need your services again. But if we do, we’ll bring all of our vehicles to City Collision. And if asked, be rest assured City Collision will come highly recommended by us.

You fine people repaired my wife’s ‘95 Sonoma P.U. this month and I don’t have to be in the “auto repair” business to know that you folks did a lot of free extras that no other body shop would have done to make the job turn out beautiful.
